Hello I work at an elementary school for LAUSD and I called the number at the end of the video and they said they could not help me with the device because I am not an account holder. The family has not been able to connect their student for three days. What is the point of putting the number at the end of the video, if low level employees aren't allowed to speak to Verizon regarding the device?
